Basic Bar Set Up

If more than 1 bartender is required (60+ person event), then an additional fee of $500 per bartender will be required.

Additional Bartender: Required for events larger than 50 guests

Additional Hour of Bar Service: Maximum of 2 additional hours

Water Station: We will supply a self-serve water station with plastic cups

Ice: We will supply all ice for cocktails and beer/wine

Basic Mixer Package: Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Soda Water, Tonic Water, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice and Agave/Simple Syrup.

Signature Mixer Package: Mixers and garnishes for signature drinks. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of ingredients. 

Table Wine Service*: We will go around to everyone at dinner and offer wine

Champagne Toast Service*: We will pour the champagne supplied and supply plastic champagne flutes for your guests

Additional Bar Setup*: We will setup a separate bar location (including cocktail hour)

*Services that require a second bartender regardless of guest count

You are expected to provide alcohol, sliced garnishes and ice (if you do not select the signature mixture package or the ice package above) per state laws and regulations.

You are expected to supply additional glassware.

The Bar Brand will not serve alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 and reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and request them to leave the premises. 

Deposit for the event is 50% and an invoice from “Square” will be sent after The Bar Brand's contract is completed.

Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event. A credit card number may be required on file for the remaining payment.

All Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% charge. 

All deposits are non-refundable.
